I worked alongside a team
to create digital strategic for the Fenton History
Center official website. Our analysis included an assessment of
the activity using professional strategic tools and frameworks. The strategic
analysis report showed a comprehensive review of the museum’s website placed
with an external and internal context. For the external examination, we created
the analysis report of market research, audiences, threats, and opportunities.
For the internal examination, our strategic analysis presented the review of
current digital activities, current users, value chain, and strengths and
weaknesses.
Based on the research, the final report was build by the user
persona and journey for the external analysis and the data visualization
report on Tableau to show the perception of the museum’s data. As a team, our final digital strategy report discussed the recommendations, crafted the final report,
and created the final presentation.
