To ensure we can design a robust and useful filtering system, we propose implementing both user-facing and back-end tags on new and existing content.
User-facing tags will streamline the content browsing experience for site visitors, allowing them to easily find more of what interests them. Back-end tags will empower the internal organization to control what's surfaced in dynamic content rivers throughout the website in a scalable, low-lift way.
